Design intake
We start from a model file, a technical drawing or a physical sample, and fill any gaps together in the first conversation.

Technical review
Sole material, production machine and tread are reviewed together to see how the sole will behave in the mould.

3D mould design
Sole geometry and mould parts are designed in 3D. Parting line, gates and vents are decided at this stage.

Sizing and verification
The size run and dimensions are verified, and the design is reviewed with you before manufacturing begins.
- 05
Mould manufacturing
Mould parts are machined and assembled to the approved design.
- 06
Final inspection
Surface, dimensions and part fit are inspected, and the closing of the top and bottom halves is verified.
- 07
Packing and shipping
Machined surfaces are protected, and moulds are packed and shipped within Türkiye or abroad.
