A sole is only as good as its mould allows. We look at material, machine and tread together and design the mould around the production system.

TR and TPR soles are produced by injecting heated, molten material into a closed mould. The mould defines the sole geometry, the tread and whether the material fills every detail.
Polyurethane
PU soles are produced by pouring or injecting a two-component mix into the mould, where it foams to fill the volume. That makes venting and lid fit decisive.
Rubber
Rubber soles are produced by curing a rubber compound under heat and pressure in the mould. They are chosen where deep treads and abrasion resistance matter.
