PU sole moulds
PU soles are produced by pouring or injecting a two-component mix into the mould, where it foams to fill the volume. That makes venting and lid fit decisive.

How it is produced
- 01The two components are mixed at a set ratio.
- 02The mix is poured into an open mould or injected into a closed one.
- 03The mould closes and the material foams to fill it.
- 04After curing, the mould opens and the sole is removed.
