2. Personal data we process

• Identity: name, surname and company name.
• Contact: email address, phone number and country.
• Request details: mould type, project description and any model, drawing or sample files you send, including the information they contain.
• Security: IP address, browser and device information, date and time of access (server logs).
• If you message us on WhatsApp: your phone number, profile name and the content of the conversation.

3. Why we process it

• To review your quotation request and prepare a quote,
• To contact you and answer your questions,
• To carry out contract and order processes if you accept a quote,
• To keep the website secure and prevent misuse,
• To meet our legal obligations and respond to requests from competent authorities.

4. Legal basis and how we collect it

You provide your personal data through the quotation form, email, phone or WhatsApp; server logs are collected automatically when you visit the website.

We process it under Article 5(2) of KVKK on the grounds that it is (c) directly necessary to establish or perform a contract, (ç) necessary to comply with our legal obligations and (f) necessary for our legitimate interests (website security), provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for marketing. It may be shared only as far as necessary for the purposes above with our hosting, email and form service providers and with competent public authorities where required by law.

These providers may store data outside Türkiye; in that case transfers are made in line with the conditions and safeguards set out in Article 9 of KVKK. Messages you send on WhatsApp are carried over WhatsApp (Meta) infrastructure and are subject to that service’s own privacy terms.

6. How long we keep it

Quotation requests and related correspondence are kept for up to 2 years after the quotation process ends. Records relating to requests that become contracts are kept for the periods required by law (for example, the 10-year period for commercial records under the Turkish Commercial Code). After that, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Security

Model and drawing files you send are never shared through public links; only staff involved in the quotation and production process can access them. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss and alteration.

8. Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed,
• request information about how it is processed,
• learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• know the third parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad,
• request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
• request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of KVKK,
• request that corrections and deletions are notified to third parties it was transferred to,
• object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis,
• claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

9. How to contact us

You can send requests about your rights in writing to our address or email. We will respond free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the request involves additional cost, the fee set by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board may apply. If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

10. Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. All files, including fonts, are served from our own server; there are no third-party trackers.

So that the opening animation does not replay during the same visit, a single entry containing no personal data is written to your browser’s session storage and is deleted when you close the browser. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this notice and ask for your consent.

11. Changes

We may update this notice when our processing changes. The current version is always published on this page.
