Thermo sole moulds
TR and TPR soles are produced by injecting heated, molten material into a closed mould. The mould defines the sole geometry, the tread and whether the material fills every detail.

How it is produced
- 01The material is heated until it flows.
- 02It is injected into the closed mould through the gate.
- 03The sole cools and takes its shape inside the mould.
- 04The mould opens, the sole is removed and trimmed.
